If Keven recommended it, it will be right.  I have a 47 so imagine how 
small mine is.  It's the smallest size they made in the past and don't make 
it anymore.  I have 26 in wheels.  Small, indeed.  Yours are probably 700? 
 My daughter has a 50 w/650 wheels.
