Boy, it sure is a good thing I came back and reread your answer, 15" of clearance from the axel just barely clears my fender.
After you answered, I was measuring from the eyelet on the fork, not the axel as you had specified. At least I hadn't pulled the trigger on the Pass & Stow rack yet. Looks like I will be sticking with the Mini-Front rack / Platrack combo.
