I haven't worked with the Paul brakes though they look great. I put the 720's on my MB5 and recently transferred them to my Atlantis... The double screw is a bit of a pain and my brakes aren't currently centered right but they do so the bike and feel very good. Given the price difference and the availability of alternative cable hangers I'm willing to cut then some slack...
