I'm with Erl I think it's a visual/perception thing...I've only ridden with mine for a couple of weeks, but just recently went off road with it on single track and had no issues with it say getting caught up with branches or impeding me in any way. I carried the Slickersack on it and it performed excellent. I will be modifying the Slickersack with Marine grade button snaps to more securely attatch the SS to the PR.
