Great topic, I love seeing what is on the project docket for all of you! As for my own list..
1. Regular Maintenance - this my first year of daily riding, the Trek and Atlantis will both need some attention wrt hub maintenance and a couple other items. 2. Atlantis dial-in... I'm thrilled with my new wheelset, need to add a couple things to include racks, the dyno light, permanent bar tape, BB replacement/service 3. XO-3 Refurb - the true winter project. I haven't touched the bike since I purchased it about a month ago. Wheels and drive train need significant servicing or complete replacement. 4. Wildcard/Fun thought - Single Speed/Fixed conversion. I recently rode a SS schwinn for several days and loved it, XO-3 is a possibility using a chain tensioner or and Eno Eccentric Hub, my 650B Trek is another possibility...
