Michael:

You're well equipped.  Just take it easy until you get a feel for dirt & 
you'll be fine.  Pre-Atlantis, I rode stuff like that on my old steel 
racing bike with 25-28 mm tires, just short-cutting areas & generally 
adventuring.  Loads of fun.  In general you will walk more on dirt than you 
may be used to.  And it's always handy to have a bike that's easy to push 
(or carry, depending on terrain).
