Sorry, Patrick, I haven't tried their cotton caps before. So, I don't know about sizing. You may want to measure your dome and give them a ring. I hear their customer service is very good. The wool caps I have from them are super stretchy--no discomfort at all for me, unlike some of the other wool caps I own.
