I'm shifting a 9 speed 11-34 cassette with Silver shifters and the Microshift RD. Works great, no problems. My Riv shifts where and when I want it to.
However, I'm going back to a 7 speed 14-34 freewheel when I build my new wheels, simply because I have a Phil FW hub sitting unused.
