I have a pretty much new-to-me early Saluki (00011) in a beautiful shade of grey. It has fewer than the usual paint chips on the bb shell and chain stay but I am wanting to touch them up. I found an imron paint chart on the Joe Bell web site, made my best guess on the color and went to Bond Auto which, supposedly, cross matched it and sold me a small can for $12. Unfortunately there grey turned out to be an off white! RBW does not keep records and advises finding a good nail polish match. Seems like a stretch to me. Has anyone out there found a good way to match paint?
BTW, all new bikes should come with touch up paint and a color #. Michael -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
