Minh: You can see in the pic (especially at Large sizes) that using the middle predrilled hole for the dropout mount, if I mounted the slotted mount on the rack to the mid-fork braze-on, the Neo-Retro would hit the rack. I could have avoided that problem by using the highest hole, but then the rack wouldn’t clear the very big tires on that bike, which I wanted to keep. So I split the difference with a P clamp, and it worked fine, but there still wasn’t room for fenders under the rack, and I wanted fenders (which, as you’ve remarked elsewhere, give me an opportunity to live dangerously in terms of clearance!), so I switched out to a Mini Front Rack and will use lowriders (the ones Riv keeps tinkering with, I hope) if I ever want to use front panniers on this bike again.
