In my opinion, RBW bikes are overbuilt to go where other road bikes wouldn't necessarily go. Cushy tires also cushion the frame, in my opinion. I weigh 241 (down 10+ lbs in the last month!), and I've ridden my Quickbeam on singletrack and gravel logging roads where it (again, in my opinion) completely belongs. Fun! Safe!
