Pasta, Seafood and Eggs:
Phoebe's Eggs

from Atlanta Cooknotes


INGREDIENTS:
6 eggs
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese or Muenster cheese, cubed
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
1 (8-ounce) carton cottage cheese
6 tablespoons butter, cubed
1 teaspoon baking powder
TO PREPARE:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and salt.  Add remaining ingredients.  Pour into greased 9- by 13-inch dish.  Bake 40 minutes.
