Appetizers, Salads and Breads:
Spicy Vegetable Dip

from Little Rock Cooks...
Recipes Handed Down from Generation to Generation


INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
Dash cayenne
2 tablespoons horseradish
TO PREPARE:

Combine ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.  Serve with raw vegetables.

YIELD: 1 cup
