INGREDIENTS:

cups flour

tablespoon baking powder
1/4
teaspoon baking soda
1/2
teaspoon ginger
1/2
teaspoon salt
1/2
cup molasses
2/3
cup grated cheese
1
egg
1/2
cup milk
1/4
cup salad oil
Ginger
and sugar
TO
PREPARE:
Combine
all ingredients except ginger and sugar; fill greased muffin tins two-thirds
full; sprinkle tops with ginger and sugar. Bake for 20 minutes at
350 degrees.
