To take advantage of this 25% savings, enter coupon code HSN3403 when checking out.   Print this recipe Send this recipe to a friend Soups and Vegetables: Spinach Casserole from the Houston Junior League Cookbook INGREDIENTS: 2 packages frozen chopped spinach 1/2 pint sour cream 1 envelope Lipton's Onion Soup Mix TO PREPARE: Cook spinach and drain well, pressing all possible water from spinach.  Add sour cream and soup mix.  Spoon into buttered casserole and heat at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  This casserole may be made ahead, or frozen, if desired.
