Meat
and Poultry:
Flank
Steak with Marinade
from
Atlanta
Cooknotes
INGREDIENTS:
3/4
cup vegetable oil
1/4
cup soy sauce
1/2
cup honey
2
Tablespoons vinegar
2
Tablespoons chopped onion
1/8
teaspoon garlic salt
1/4
teaspoon ginger
1-1/2
to 2 pounds flank steak
TO
PREPARE:
Combine
all ingredients except flank steak. Place flank steak in a shallow
pan and pour marinade over top. Cover and chill at least four hours.
Broil meat five minutes on each side or to taste. Cut in diagonal
strips and serve.
