Meat and Poultry:
Flank Steak with Marinade

from Atlanta Cooknotes


INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1-1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak
TO PREPARE:

Combine all ingredients except flank steak.  Place flank steak in a shallow pan and pour marinade over top.  Cover and chill at least four hours.  Broil meat five minutes on each side or to taste.  Cut in diagonal strips and serve.

SERVES:  4
