A Taste of the Good Life INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup flour 3/4 Tablespoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 egg yolk 1/3 cup milk 6 bananas   Oil for frying   Powdered sugar 3/4 cup whipping cream, sweetened if desired TO PREPARE: Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.  Beat egg yolk slightly.  Add milk.  Combine with dry ingredients and beat until smooth.  Slice bananas in half lengthwise.  Dip in batter and fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.  Sprinkle with sugar and top with whipped cream.
