A hot-fix for this issue --not including RInterface.h -- is now in a new branch 'feature/no-rinterface-header' on GitHub, see the commit https://github.com/eddelbuettel/rinside/commit/0ff27da47e42f04017091e48f44c92a1897f6ba2 for more.
