Paul, I hadn't thought of wrapping styrofoam in foam as a seal... I may borrow that for the M60 turret plug! I've borrowed a friend's hot wire cutter for the job, and have plenty of styrofoam around (good for prototyping things). But I'm forcing myself to wait until I get some work done on the suspension and tracks, now that my parts came in. 1/2"-13 bolts are big!
I hope my turret looks as good as yours does!
