Add one of these to some of this: http://www.tekcast.com/RTV-Silicone/c28/index.html
Or this: http://www.contenti.com/products/spin-casting/179-709.html Make a mold like this: http://www.hobbycast.net/video.htm Or: http://www.dark-platypus.com/vulcanize.htm Use some sort of equipment like this: http://www.foundry101.com/search.htm Melt some of this: http://www.tekcast.com/Metal-Alloys-Zinc-base-Alloys/c16_21/index.html Sort of like this: http://greenldr.bossig.com/tips/tips-k071406.htm Or this: http://www.geocities.com/eastpac01/spincasting.html And I bet that your "price per link" is much reduced. That's my hope, anyway. I know that it's a lot of stuff to buy. But, if you need a new set of tracks, you can always cast a new set. Starting by melting down the old ones, of course...... Also, anything can be cast. Hatch covers, muzzle brakes, road wheels, etc. The list is endless!
