Superglue worked on my Expanded PVC (foamed PVC) so it should work on regular PVC, but the working time on CA glue is short also. PVC glue can be manipulated for 15-20 seconds or longer depending on how hard you pull on it. Personally I would use PVC glue. PVC glue is also cheap. If they are a very snug fit, take a little sandpaper to the male part so the connection goes together smoother. You want it to be a little snug. I would think the PVC glue would give you a better bond than Superglue.
