Well said Pete. I know my local site (who are probably the most expensive source of paint I know) are using very thick shelled paintballs, since you can drop them from well over a meter onto concrete and not have them break. They play all year around.
The supplier they use for their paint is Powerball UK ltd, based in Surrey. The paint itself is the Sterling Shield brand. I did at one stage ask for a quote on a single box, and it worked out as circa £30 for the paint and then £7.95 delivery to me. They don't use couriers, they use their own distribution system, so the paint is treated properly in transit. Unfortunately, I can't find any other stockists for that paint, but I'll probably keep buying from them, because I can use that paint at my local site as well.
