Here's another $0.02 on rotomolding vs. ... Looking back on the hull construction process of My Tiger II to date, I think that if I were going for repeatability (and Rommel only knows why I'd need more than one beast of this size unless I planned to sell'em, which seems an unlikely proposition), I'd build wooden master molds and make the parts of fiberglass, as Paul did. In fact, that might be a good solution for the fenders, which I won't build until the tracks are on. I'd planned to use sheet aluminum, but I worry about paint adhesion.
