Welcome to the list. Your first few posts will get moderated by the
guys in charge, but after a certain number of posts you get allowed to
post freely (as I understand it).
As far as we know, there's nobody else in the Yorkshire area.... nearest
to you is the guys from Manchester - Neil and Pete (pureteenlard), but
that could easily change. 6 months ago, we didn't even have a battle
site in the south of the country, but now we have a site that works out
for most people.
As for sourcing paintball stuff, that's not too bad. There's some
decent suppliers in the northern parts of the county. The cheapest by
far is Planet Eclipse (http://www.planeteclipse.co.uk).
Best of luck with whatever you want to build. Pick something and start
building it. That's probably the best way to get started. And once you
do that, you will probably realise just how much fun can be had.
