Wow ! 30lbs for each track is a new record for the hobby I think !
I wonder about the soft aluminum wearing on the moving parts. I guess time
will tell. Please keep us up to date on the tracks. Again, I think it's a
clever design and beautiful execution.

They are VERY stiff sideways, and pretty flexible.
However, they are virgin tracks yet, with no wear,

How much side flex do your tracks have?, it looks to me the they would
be pretty stiff which will make them hard to throw.
I thought I had mastered the jigsaw... seems I have a ways to go yet!
