That's a cool vehicle. I've never seen one before.
Regarding the rules, my opinion is that it is an armored car, pure and
simple. An AC is "Any fully or partially wheeled vehicle".
So, if you build one, say goodbye to all those points you've accumulated. :)

If someone with nothing better to do were to build a self propelled
artillery piece (such as the G6 Howitzer

I was wondering were in the rules would it fit? Would it be treated
like a lightly armored tank? Or maybe a fixed piece with a compliment
of guard solders (once it got to it's position)? Maybe a hybrid
between the two extremes, an armored vehicle while it was on the move
and a fixed piece after it sets anchor and deploys it's guards?
Wondering minds NEED TO KNOW!
