I'm not sure how exactly one would use a SPA piece and fire paintball guns.
Perhaps a maximum ammunition requirement could be placed on them and the
"shells" could inflict more damage. That way, if the pilot is able to
predict the arc and what-not required to hit the enemy target (with a slower
projectile) it could count as maybe two hits or even an instant kill.
