Although I can relate to your loyalty to your brand, the product is
properly named "Caterpiller Drive Chain":

Just like my UNIX machine uses a type of windows on my desktop manager,
but it does not run Windows (the OS).  Along those lines Caterpiller may be
trademarked in the heavy equipment world, but use of a common word
describing an unrelated product is not an infringement on any trademark or
patent.  Exactly the reason Microsoft lost their case trying to patent the
term
"Windows".
