Are you Steve ( or anyone) suggesting a `points earned` other than a `net points` high table ? personally I totally don’t mind either way, and if points score tables are considered `pointless` or was it `Totally Worthless` like Frank said ,then I think it would be a fair comment to ask if there is any point to anything we do here . it’s just a hobby and doesn’t put food on the table , it’s a laugh, but for me the points offer a competitive edge and even allow me to `measure` my effort weather I triumph of fail. I have had a few conversations with various people in the hobby and I’ve picked up the vibe that points are considered a bit `sad` . . . I do not understand anybodies dislike regarding points, if we were playing snooker, darts, golf , football, or even space invaders then a point system would be in place. I hope nobody takes this expression of opinion personally as it purely is an opinion.
