Vantec controllers, they're the ones that make that humming/buzzing noise when 
operating aren't they ?

What are your thoughts on buying used electronics?

  No affiliation with seller, yadda, yadda....

  It's the same type of controller I use on the M113A3 except that it's 60A per 
channel instead of 80A like my RDFR38E.  

  Retail is $499.95 so even the $200 buy it now is a good price.
