Looks like the "Search this group" button on the group home page is
configured (by Google) to only look back a couple months. I don't see
any management settings to override that, so I'll have to check with Google.
However, if you enter:
tracks group:rctankcombat
into the search field and press the "Search Groups" button you'll see
all the messages containing the word "tracks" going back to 2007. Not
sure why that isn't what the "Search this group" button would do, but
I'm sure Google has a reason.
