Despite qualifications in Electronics I have no idea what happens when you over-volt an electric motor. My motors are 12v, 180w units which will pull about 15 amps under normal circumstances. Now, if I over- volt them to, say, 18v, then what is going to happen to the power output (I would guess it will increase proportionately) and the current drawn?
