and get assistance afterward.

that's not exactly true in all cases. when i lived in Morrisville, Pa. i
use to go to the local mall (Oxfordvalley) about 5 minutes away from me. at
some point they started to change things in the store to keep up with sales
(can't blame them there) as to what people wanted. but when they did so,
they also hired some older kids (17 to early 20's maybe - if that) and every
time i would go in there, they would be there. they'd have some sort of r/c
car of theirs on the display counter. if they weren't chattering about
what they did earlier that day or the night before, they where talking about
what was on the counter - but if you had a question about anything, they
either didn't want to help you or didn't know (no one knows everything hobby
related), but they would just go right back to talking amongst themselves
again. not the kind of people i'd want to have working for me. even trying to
pay for things was almost as bad and i think that's what killed them (the
store) in the end as i recall the store no longer being in the mall. shame
too, it was there for about 30+ years?

not trying to scare you off from going to your local hobby shop, just watch
out for the brain dead and ignorant as that can also kill the hobbiest
