Rexnord makes a slew of different "TableTop" chains, in plastic and
steel.  It appears the clip-on pad variety can come in widths to 6" or
more.  This eBay auction has some good pics of the Rexnord clip-on
chain and should be reviewed before making a purchase if the intent is
to use them for tracks.   In particular, note how the clips have
little bent sections that point out towards the edge of the pads.
These would get in the way of road wheels and may need to be
removed.

Here's an example of another.  This is built more like a traditional
tank track.  This one is 7.5" in width but you can get in in
increments from 2.25" to 7.5".
