Yes, indeed it is fair. In fact, you should be the first to build such
a control system and bring it to the battlefield. Equipped with your
advanced arm-mounted control and sensor feedback system you'll probably
beat many rookies and veterans alike who rely solely on their clumsy
thumbs to move accurate joysticks, using nothing but their own eyes as a
feedback system. How could mere humans even come close to defeating the
far more advanced bionic system you envision?
