I guess my memory is getting worse, I just got home and checked and your right Clark, it never did make production. It was called T28 half track jeep. funny how several pics of jeeps and only two of those pics were of the same tracked jeep, over 7 months transformed in my memory into several different tracked jeeps. I must have confused it with the MT-TUG 6x6 on the same page which had 15 produced. I also got the magazine wrong, it was in Classic Military Vehicle, issue 100. Very interesting article none the less, about the different types of jeeps tried out during world war two. The tracked jeep did look really cool though Chris and since 1 was built, maybe it could be allowed witth a wink wink, nudge nudge. Now, back to my dinner of pineapple ham, or was it turkey with gravy? Greg
