The average tank shoots 400-500 rounds per battle, so you'll have to
refill your air tank 4-5 times during a battle if you can only shoot
80-100 per fill.

Yes, you can reload, refill and/or repair at any time while in home base
during the battle.
There will be a remote coiled hose connecting the gun and tank. It
will have a quick disconnect.
Will the quick disconnect qualify as the "shut off" required by the
rules?
