I know that some of the tanks use a Car Door Lock actuator to trigger the marker, and in my usual thinking about things for a tank nature, I'm wondering what you need to trigger one of these from an FM receiver. Is there another piece of electronics between the Actuator you buy, and the FM Receiver? I'd guess so, but I'll need a nudge in the right direction on this one...
