i went, and took one of the top views of the tank drawings (has the right hatches this time), printed it out to be 1/3 the size of the tank here, scaled out the hatch x 3 times and now it's some monster sized hatch. before with the wrong drawings (the first time), i had a hatch size of 56mm x 71mm on the correct drawings, i scale the hatch now out to 69mm x 90mm a big difference if you ask me, and i just checked all of my measurements for the 3rd time.
