Sounds good Mark.

I was just thinking that when you hit a bump running at speed that you might have a problem with lid hopping (for lack of a better term).
I was just wondering out loud, but as I said before I think it's a smart design.

Those 4 struts fit tightly side to side, centering the turret deck.
I just built that system, today, and I am hopeing not to use any
latch, just gravity.
The struts go "over center" so it will stay open.
I want to have easy access to the air tank for quick recharging at
"home base".

I need to build a barrel shroud, like you did for your Tiger, but I am
running out of time till next battle.
My barrel is just a paintball gun barrel.

Chased down some air leaks.
Mounted second set of batteries, built battery hold down brackets.
Cleaned up the wireing a little -- grounded the motor controler and it
helped reduce a gun elevation servo glitch.
Did A little painting.

Tuned up the paintball feed / fireing system: Gets 225 shots on a tank
of air.

There sure a lot of systems required to do combat.
I hope all this stuff works, because I'am driving 10 hours to
Gettysburg, Pa..
If it breaks down, its 20 hours of driving wasted.
