Hi Tim,

these are disk plates = disks of a larger diameter in the rear, drive, wheel. 
They "sandwitch" the drive wheel. Not very to scale, however they have been 
used in actual tanks, and they will never allow your tracks to derail. With 
these plates you can run your tank with sagging tracks. Less tension to your 
systems, your motors, your bearings.
Would you check if the last ground wheel and the drive sprocket are perfectly 
aligned?
