Specific laws would require you to use google-fu to find those
pertaining to your own state. At a minimum, you'd be breaking the
concealed carry law in your state, unless you already have a permit.
Some states also specify that while you are concealed carrying, that
the pistol in question must be in a holster with the safety on.

Additionally, some states place restrictions on the status of a
firearm that is present in a motor vehicle, such that it cannot have a
magazine or ammunition in the same compartment of the vehicle, which
would kind of obviate firing it from a vehicle.

I would check my local and state laws.

Without any acrimony behind this: Arming an RC tank with a firearm is
a really Bad Idea. Arming two RC tanks with them and staging a war is
a REALLY Bad Idea, and flies in the face of all range safety
principles. I have 14 years of military experience and more as a
civilian firearms enthusiast, and I cannot condemn the idea strongly
enough. Again, not saying you're a horrible person, just not in favor
of the idea.
