Hi Brian
If you can find a timing belt big enough and can make it work then go
ahead. You can use whatever you want so long as it complies with the
scale/length requirements on the site. If you've looked at our tanks
(mine are T055 & T057,the latter of which is nearly operational)
you'll see we are not exactly into heavy realism.

Will the belt be teeth side out (mucho grip) or teeth in (no
slippage?)
