OK. So, under the new law (retro-active, of course) should we file
charges against the person who bought T005 ... or against Mr. Tyng for
selling a priceless hobby treasure for mere money :-)

Well said. I agree 100%. Someone (Steve) put in tons of hard work to
build that thing and now it never battles.

Now this is what concerns me about selling my Leopard . I have always
thought Too5 was a fantastic looking piece of weaponry . some law is
required here ( yes law ) ,its not about the money , no-one here makes
these tanks to sell for a profit ( I hope ) . Personally I think we do
this 50% fun of building 50% fun of battling . to see an asset go
