I have long been a partisan of Steve Tyng, but even I find myself astonished and dismayed to hear the good Dr. Pitelli admit to throwing his lot in with those who practise the Darke Artes (i.e. law). But by admitting to serving in such a capacity, he becomes party to any misdeeds that occurred in that instance. So if the honourable Mr. Tyng is charged, so to must the honourable Dr. Pitelli be. ps - anyone who sells me out to my wife for making fun of lawyers is in trouble ;) is this the man who showed up at the Gettysburg Battle with his wife and child?
