It looks like 15 6volt 7amp batteries. An easy to see if they have any juice 
take a small diameter solder and short across the terminals. It should melt 
immediately.

If you take one of the batteries out of the holder, you should see a voltage a 
capacity (rated in amp-hours or ah). Can you tell us what those numbers are, 
please ?

A guy gave me an old backup supply for a server rack and I took it apart and 
found this. 16, 7 volt. How many would you say i would need to run a tank.
