just because it has a suspension doesn't mean it should be driven  into the 
ground
 
home made torsion springs? depends on how you are planing to make them,  
there are a few in here that have built them with hacksaw blades and steel  
rulers. i'll be using 3/16" spring steel rod (or music wire) once i get my new 
 lower hull back and glassed
