OK I see now why your tank wouldnt sag with your weight on it. I would
call that a rocker arm . a pivot with a road wheel at either end. ive
built a couple of those and they work fine and are simple enough.
You would have to build an exceptional tank and give it some serious
abuse to "flip it"
