Check local insurance companies... Seek out paintball venues that may be sympathetic to your cause and allow battles on their fields....

How do battle hosts handle liability issues when trying to secure public areas for battles? The model warship club membership (www.mwci.org) includes insurance coverage that will cover anyone injured- spectators and combatants- during battles. Park officials see this insurance as good liability coverage, but I haven't seen any insurance mentioned for the tank battles. We have good accessable areas for battles, but they are still within city boundaries. Paintballs are considered weapons and it may be difficult to get permission without insurance. Should I consult local insurance companies for one event coverage? Bill -- You are currently subscribed to the "R/C Tank Combat" group.
