When first testing driving the bike chain tracks, they became loose (bad
tension wheel mount design).  When I ran over some roots and things,
occasionally they would look like they were going to fall off, and would be off
of the middle two road wheels.  However, they would fix themselves quickly.
Now that the tension is tighter, they never fall off.  It only has about 45
minutes of actual driving time, but falling off is not a problem.

One thing I would change next time with bike chain is to put the smooth head of
the rivets on the outside.  The rough bumps are too grippy.  There are a few
pics on T080 on the website.

Do you experience any track de-railing with you bicicle chain tracks?
I have been thinking of making 1 inch wide tracks using a double
strand of bike chain rather than a more stiff and inflexible heavier
roller chain with flanges.
